Ordering Wire Rope

In ordering Steel Wire Rope your are requested to give us complete information as specified below;
1.	PURPOSE:	For which the rope will be used.
2.	SIZE:	Diameter of the rope in millimeter or inches
3.	CONSTRUCTION:	Numbers of strands, number of wires per strand, and type of Strand Construction
4.	TYPE OF CORE:	Fibre core (FC), independent wire rope core (IWRC) or independent wire strand core (WSC)
5.	LAY:	Right regular lay, left regular lay. Right langs lay, left langs lay.
6.	FABRICATION:	Preformed or not.
7.	COATING:	Bright (black, un galvanized) or galvanized.
8.	GRADE OF WIRES:	Tensile strength of wires
9	BREAKING LOAD:	Minimum or calculated breaking load
10.	LUBIRCATION:	Whether lubricant is desired or not. Any required lubricant.
11.	LENGTH:	Length of wire rope.
12.	PACKING:	In coils wrapped with oil paper and hessian (or p.p) cloth, or on wooden reels.
13.	QUANTITY:	By number of coils or reels, by length or weight.
14.	SPECIFICATON:	Any recognized specification, if necessary.
15.	CERTIFICATE:	Mill Sheet/and or third party's inspection, if needed.
16.	REMARKS:	Shipping marks and any other special requirements.
